how vain are you? are you proud of yourself always looking at the mirror never miss your skin care routine? to some extend ,being vain is good. it make you look pretty and make some effort to at least look good. is being vain a good or a bad thing..? its up to you to decide

I defenitely think that High Self steem is better than lower, but lets not forget that complex of inferiority are as bad as the complex of superiority, I think that a balanced self steem will be the best, love yourself is an order from God, and love others too, so as long as you don't forget the world around and don't became so inside your own.
So I guess it is good to take care of yourself, with measure. I love your post, very good question !!!
