Accept that you have stress and try to do something about it. Be aware of your current stress level.You are responsible for managing stresses in your life.Always make make time for yourself at least 30 minutes per day.Take this time to plan,to reflect what you have done,repute,rejuvenate and restore your body and soul Concentrate on controlling your situation without controlling everybody else.Control what you can,change what you must and accept what you cannot change. Diet-can effect your moods.Eat lots of fresh fruit,veggies,high fibre stuff and drink lots of water to clear your system,in short have a balance diet Look after your body as it is your most precious possession.Remember you are what you eat. Exercise regularly make you calm and be more positive.A healthy body is the most effective one.
